Where is Terra Delyssa olive oil produced?
Our olive oil is 100% Tunisian. We grow, harvest, and cold-press our olives in our own orchards in Tunisia to ensure the highest quality and full traceability from tree to bottle.
How can I track the origin of my specific bottle?
Each bottle of Terra Delyssa features a unique QR code on the label. Simply scan it with your smartphone to view the journey of your olive oil, including the harvest dates and region of origin.
What is the shelf life of your extra virgin olive oil?
Generally, our olive oil has a shelf life of 24 months from the date of bottling. To maintain freshness, store your bottle in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
Do you offer free shipping within Canada?
Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all Canadian orders over $50. For orders below this amount, a flat-rate shipping fee will be calculated at checkout based on your province.
What is your return policy for food products?
Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened food items. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an issue with the quality, please contact our support team within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
Is Terra Delyssa olive oil certified organic?
We offer both conventional and USDA/Ecocert certified organic extra virgin olive oil. Look for the organic seal on our green-labeled bottles to ensure you are purchasing our certified organic variety.
